Parra Invading LA
March 17th, 2007 by huphtur under amsterdam, archive, art, laI’m in Holland for a couple of days, which was fun until I stepped on some rabbit hole while playing golf and folded my ankle. It’s swollen and I can’t walk anymore. Might have to request wheelchair service for the flight home.
Before my mishap I swung by Parra and he informed me he’s coming to LA to do two shows. The first (April 5) at the bougie Standard Hotel in downtown LA and the second (April 7) at HVW8 on Melrose. Parra will be screen printing shirts at the store, so y’all should swing by.

So, big apple in a wheelchair, huh? I’ve always dreamed of pushing someone in a wheelchair off a cliff.

Yeah it’s gettin a lil better, slowly. I can stand on it already and walk about .5 miles an hour.
