It’s all good

Boogie just sent me his book entitled “It’s all good” and it contains photographs of some harsh living in East New York, the QB and other parts of Brooklyn. It mainly focuses on drug users and gun carrying thugs. The book has stories from some of the individuals pictured and its contents are heavy. I met Boogie last month and he’s nothing like I imagined. If you get a chance to see this book and then meet him you’ll understand. This is a great book to own. When you think your life has hit rock bottom just open this book a realize shit ain’t that bad.

Wow. Those really are amazing photos. Serious street cred to get in and do that kind of thing.
Flash site though? Now I can’t link.

IT’s crazy how he got in there. He befriended one person who then introduced him to another and then that person introduced him to another..so on and so on. IT’s crazy how they accepted him. He said he would hang out with them even if he wasn’t taking pictures. On another note…Flash is awesome..you can make things move and fade and you can even add music. It’s the new shit.

I heard there’s this new feature in Flash where buttons can play an animation when your mouse pointer rolls over them. That’s insane. I’m gonna try and convince brones to do the new etnies site in Flash.
