I Broke 100!
May 13th, 2006 by huphtur under archive, golf, skateboardingToday I shot a 97 at Woodley Lakes in Van Nuys. This means I reached the first of three milestones in golf: Breaking 100! I’m excited about this, not only because there’s actually some sort of progression in my golf game, but also because I played with Pat Duffy. Only took me a few holes to stop fanning out. He’s pretty good at golf. Anyway, I hope to break 90 by the end of the year.

Dam kid that’s good…now you need to pull a hole in one and get your ball jacked by some gang bangers playing ahead of you. I wonder if Willigan ever got his certificate for that hole one?

I broke a hundred once. Only once, and it was on a real course but a smaller one…did Duffy find any rails on the course? Maybe that’s why he wasn’t at the Plan B demo last weekend. Skating is so washed up…Golf is the new skateboarding…

Brink: Ako (who was playin with us as well) was talking about some fancy course and first thing Pat asked if he’d seen the rail that was next to the club house, a perfect 9 stair. That brought a smile to my face. I needed that after making a “snowman”.

been addicted for over a year, as soon as i broke 90 (only happened once), i immediately forgot the first time i broke 100.
